I run Suse 9.0 Professional and wanted to have virtual Windows as well. I made a separate partition (4GB) and added it to /etc/fstab so that it's being mounted automatically (at /mnt/ext3 ). I installed VMWare 4 (all went well) and made a new virtual machine (assigned 3,5GB space). Unfortunately when I start installing Windows the process stops at some point and VMWare seems to hang. Well, it doesn't really hang, it can still be accessed but the installation process is stalled. I tried both Windows XP Home and Windows 2000 Professional - same problem.
Please help!
Thanks in advance.

p.s. machine is Athlon 2000+, 256DDR
