Whats this Lie-nix Thing?

I have been trying to configure Mandrake for dual monitors. I have tried what i have found in posts, but so far have not been able to get it to work. Whn i run this XF86Config-4 file, x will not run. Both monitors turn off. I am new to Linux and would appreciate any help.
