Hi,

i ama newbie to linux,
in fact this is my first installation.
i am installing red hat 2.1 AS on a HP ML350 G3 server.

I keep getting Loading aic7xxx drivers
it seems that this is the driver fo the scsi controller card.
and the version with the installed disk is lower than that of the hardware that i have?
How can i get around this problem.

I ahve no linux systems avaliable to build the RPM for the newer version on the driver.

Hey ... that's a good server!

Do you have an opertunity to press enter to install?

Where do you get the error ... has the GUI already loaded for RedHat 2.1 AS?

Here are driver updates to install RedHat Enterprise 2.1 AS on this machine. This tells you have to install the updates.
