my sound card is ich4 AC 97 complaint integrated on intel d845glly motherboard. during the configuration i got the error that ur sound card
is not compatible(my kernel version 2.4.18-3,red hat 7.3).now i have
downloaded a sound card driver from open sound system and it detected
the card and at least i got some sound on my system.but the problem is
after a while the xmms stops and when i will click on pause and play,it
will start playing again.now agian it will run for few moments( half minute)
it will stop agian.i have mailed to the driver maker but i didn't got any
satisfactory reply.can anyone help....
