It is a good OS, but if you go to the site, you will see that you must pay an annual fee just to download programs.

Also, you will notice that to maintain the system as lindows you must use thier proprietary install system.

I would not recommend Lindows ...

You can't download a copy you MUST buy! Lindows doesn't really beleive in the Linux way. It's a piece of crap! a buddy of mine tried it and all it did was crash. (experienced Linux user)like hughesjr said you have to pay just to dl progs and maintain. It uses Debians .DEB for updates which THEY are stable but the OS isn't! Lindows isn't really considered one of the distros. It's not windows but it's not linux either. If you wan't ease stick with RH or MDK. you can see a good list of distro reviews at www.distrowatch.com
