Hello,

can someone tell me how I turn off php safe mode for one particular domain host.
We have a shared server so it wouldnt be smart to turn it off for all the hosts.
But for this particular host it is nessacary.

Try adding the following to the virtual host entry in your httpd.conf file

php_value safe_mode 0

You may find me stupid but I'm learning linux now and i want to become good at it too.

Because i have to since my partners server is running Linux.

Where exactely can i find this virtualhost directive? under linux?
I have found a general httpd.conf file in
/etc/httpd/httpd.conf

It can't be there I guess?
