Is there anyone here using DLink DU-560M USB 56Kbps modem on Linux? I want to migrate to Linux from Windows XP but I found that the modem I have (DLink DU-560M USB 56 Kbps) does not have a driver for Linux. I have contacted the manufacturer and they said that they do not provide the driver for Linux. What is the chance that I could get it run under generic driver? FYI, I want to install Mandrake 9.0. But I won't mind to install RedHat if there is someone already use that modem under RedHat. Thanks a lot.

Have a look at http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdev.php?id=770

I think you're SOL with this one for now.
