How do I establish? Both are demanded. Nowhere is there a place to create any.
Linux Cinnamon comes up on this computer, but I can't open it.
Would like to learn. Sister

I do not condone the computer's shop actions since the computer could contain personal information. It would of been better if they had wiped the drive and reinstalled windows.

If you are interested in learning linux it would be best if you reinstalled. linux is not windows and depending on how you want to use the computer it might be best to stick with windows. If you are still in contact with the computer shop owner then ask if they still have have an OEM windows installation disk.
