Whats this Lie-nix Thing? ![]() Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 18-April 16 Member No.: 19,073 ![]() |
Hello guys i am very new to linux. I have to do the following task and i am confused about the result.
" Add the OSELAS Server as a Package Source To register the OSELAS package server to the list of known package servers, we add a new file with the name pengutronix.list into the directory /etc/apt/sources.list.d/. The basename of this file isn’t important, while the extension .list is. The contents of this new file describe the Pengutronix server as an available package source. It is defined via one text line: deb ttp://debian.pengutronix.de/debian/ sid main contrib non-free " But when i enter this on terminal i get error that no command deb found. How can i add pengutronix.list in the directory using this command. Any help regarding this will be appreciated |

Welcome to linuxhelp
deb is not a command. You need to edit the sources.list file with a text editor and add the line. Be sure to run the command apt-get update |
