The permissions on almost all the folders in the / directory are drwxr-xr-x so that looks like it could allow a user to view any log files they want. Would they be able to view other users ftp, bash, and other history of commands? I'm a noob, and don't know things like this that every one probably knows. Is linux built in a way that protects against users viewing log files that could give away important, or even unimportant info?
