Hello Everyone.
I have now reached the end of the road when it comes to trying and looking myself. I think I might get a faster answer through this channel.

The issue is pretty simple in its description. I got two locations. /home/Public/tvshows and /mnt/router which content I would like to combine (to show it in my proftpbd server as one directory.

tvshows basically has folder with my tw shows ( /home/Public/tvshows/entourage) and /mnt/router has the same structure (/mnt/router/entourage2)

I want them to be displayed together in the Public folder (/home/Public/tvshows/entourage, /home/Public/tvshows/entourage2) without having to copy the files from the /mtn/router/ directory (since its on a network drive)

everytime I try to mount or mount bind or whatever, the original content is removed in favor to the new. And I cant come up with a solution..

thanks in advance

I can confirm your problem but do not have a solution and found nothing on the web. bind works on local directories but not with a network share.
