I have an Iomega usb hard drive that I accidentally formatted to read only.Right now it wont mount anymore.So I need to know,first,how to get it to mount again and then change it to read and write.

Os Linux mint 13 / Ubuntu 12.10

Hard drive Iomega usb 250gb

Welcome to linuxhelp

I am not opposed adding up to date information on an old thread but in this case not so much. yumi is a windows program to create a USB flash drive that can boot multiple operating systems. It will not repair broken hard drives.
