Hello,
I apologize if this issue has been discussed on the forums already, but I was unable to find any information regarding my issue. I am using Ubuntu 11.04 and I just bought an Acer G235 monitor as a second display. It works great in Windows, but when I connected it to my laptop in Ubuntu, the screen displays the same thing my monitor displays, it is the same size as my monitor display (much small than monitor size), and it's very blurry (almost looks like it is vibrating). According to lspci my graphics card is: 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 02) Now, I've done a ton of searching on this forum and on the internet, but I haven't been able to find a solution that fixes my problem. I've done a lot of xorg.conf changes and moving, and playing around with resolutions, but to no avail. I'm am so desperate at this point, any help that anyone can offer would be amazing. Thank you! -Ryan |
