I have a VHOST configuration and want to use redirect match. I've used it before, but for some reason its not working. What I want to do is this.

I have 2 domains, i am moving all of the content from domain1 to domain2. What I would like to do is anytime someone types in domain1.comsomething I want it to go to domain2.comsomething.

How does one write a RedirectMatch for that?

Dazed and Confused

Tried it but it yelled at me. Screw it, I can always back track and start over again.

I build apache with all the necessary settings and modules that were required at the time of uild. Now the programmers want me to add in the mod_rewrite module. How can I recompile apache to add this in without losing what I built into apache before? Is this possible? Here is what I get from a httpd -l

Compiled-in modules:
http_core.c
mod_env.c
mod_log_config.c
mod_mime.c
mod_negotiation.c
mod_status.c
mod_info.c
mod_include.c
mod_autoindex.c
mod_dir.c
mod_cgi.c
mod_asis.c
mod_imap.c
mod_actions.c
mod_userdir.c
mod_alias.c
mod_access.c
mod_auth.c
mod_proxy.c
mod_so.c
mod_setenvif.c
mod_ssl.c
mod_php4.c
mod_perl.c

I understand what the command does, i worded my question incorrectly. I have used this before on other webservers and all is fine. I asked about the php.ini file only because someone mentioned global_variables.

I tried taking out the equal sign. I added a space between the question mark and the $ sign, still nothing. When i view the source of the page, its not showing the current page, only shows.

FORM ACTION="<? $PHP_SELF ?>" METHOD="post">

I just built a new Linux 8.0 system and loaded the Apache 2.0 Server, PHP and MySQL Server with the install. I cannot seem to run any PHP MySQL Functions. I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_connect()

Any ideas?
