Linuxhelp _ Technical Support _ defragmentation

hi!!! I need help...
I want to defrag my linux hard disk since im having problem in booting....
any idea???

The Linux filesystems (ext2 & ext3) do not require defragmenting since they are designed in such a way that it doesn't occur as much. There are, AFAIK, no tools to defrag these filesystems. The problems with booting are probably unrelated - Please provide more info and we might be able to help

Thank You! I've looked all over for defrag software. No wonder I couldn't find any. Still thinking I'm using MS, I guess. Thanks for your definitive answer.
