Hi,
today I converted all my production servers from Whitebox Enterprise Linux 3.0 to CentOS3.3 due to the fact that I was not satisfied with the updates that were provided with WBEL3.0. this is the MAIN reason i switched from WBEL to CentOS....

I would also recommend to anyone else out there who is using WBEL a move to CentOS.
I am the new CentOS-4 project lead and I can tell you that there is currently a CentOS-4beta for i386 ... and there are currently packages being built for ia64 and x86_64 .... and coming soon to CentOS-4 is s390 and s390x arches ... and in maybe even for the ppc arch. I had already shifted all my boxes from WBEL to CentOS because of the same issues that ChrisW and Robert83 mentioned before I signed on to be a developer in the CentOS project ... so my recommendation to use CentOS is not based on my being a CentOS Developer, but based on it being the best product. -------------------- Johnny Hughes
